"Gas soft nitriding treatment" is a heat treatment process that maintains a temperature range of 550 to 600°C in a mixed atmosphere of carburizing gas and NH3 (ammonia), allowing nitrogen and carbon to diffuse into the surface to form carbonitrides and achieve surface hardening.
